LOONA

Loona is a wheeled robot pet from KEYi Tech. It looks like a small dog, shows over a thousand facial expressions, and recognizes family members by face.

It follows you, plays games, and supports remote viewing through the Loona app. A camera, 3D depth sensor, and microphones power follow-me play and FPV driving. ChatGPT-backed chat and vision questions need Wi-Fi; KEYi says most sensing stays on the device for privacy.

When the battery is low, Loona returns to its charging dock on its own. Kids can also program it with Google Blockly. It sells for about $442 on the official site during promos, with no subscription required for core pet features today.
