MIRUMI

mirumi is a clip-on charm robot from Tokyo's Yukai Engineering (makers of Qoobo and other joy-focused bots). The name blends Japanese for "look" and "plush." It hugs a bag strap or arm with soft TPU arms, then turns its head toward voices, nuzzles when petted, buries its face at loud sounds, and glances away like a shy infant.

There is no chat app and no chore mode. Behaviors come from tuned motion patterns plus a microphone and head touch sensor. Soft fur covers an ABS body. Japan colors include Black, Pink, Ivory, and Gray. Size is about 10 × 11 × 14 cm and 155 g, with roughly 8 hours of use and a 2-hour USB 5V charge.

Japan launch was April 23, 2026. From October 1, 2026 the Japan online store lists ¥22,000 tax included, up from ¥19,800. The US store takes $149.99 pre-orders that ship in October.
